RIVER Encounter
The King Bee's signature run. This class 1 rapid (Mostly flat water) is a perfect intro for fledgling adventurers who have never done this before. It's a great day of kayaking fun in the sun where you can possibly get up close and personal with the wild horses of the Tonto National Forest. Once I saw a bald eagle! For reals! This day trip can last 2.5-6.5 hours but shorter runs can be planned ahead of time. Just let us know what you're after we can make it happen!

Just give us a shout, we can work out the details! Some adventurers just need to make their own way, or maybe they prefer to stay close to home. The King Bee can dig it! For variable rates The King Bee Adventure Club can provide kayaks and gear for any custom excursion you have in mind.

Try something new! Let's brave the wilds at night! Beat the dead heat of the summer and hit the Salt River at night! For the same rental rates as the daytime, you're guaranteed to see 100% fewer horses, but a night of kayak tag, chasing each other's headlamps is a real special treat! Night floats must be planned in advance so just contact the King Bee and we can block out a night for you and your adventure crew!
